[ds6-devel] Building latest nc6 from CVS

I've downloaed the latest from CVS and am not sure about how to build it.

the instructions say to use ./configure but al I see is a bootstrap shell
script which produces this output:

the source packages have the configure script but it's not there from the
cvs.
