[ds6-devel] i18n branch

Hi all,

Ok - I put in an 'i18n' branch to play with this stuff on.  We can take 
a poll on the 14th to decide whether it should be put into the release.

For now I've used the $(top_builddir)/intl $(top_builddir)/po 
directories, because thats what the autoconf gettext macro looks for, 
and it complained when I tried to move them around.  I'll fiddle a bit 
more though and see if I can get it to work.

To create the 'pot' file from a CVS checked out version, you need to 
run "make nc6.pot".  However, this file is automatically created and 
added to tarball releases.
