[ds6-devel] main.c s/PACKAGE_NAME/PACKAGE/g

The current i18n doesn't compile for me, because main.c uses 
"PACKAGE_NAME", whereas config.h defines the name as just "PACKAGE".  
However, I don't want to change it in case it breaks Simone's build 
(I'm wondering if its something to do with different autoconf/automake 
versions?)

Anyway, Simone - can you check if this can be changed, and if so change 
it or add something in there to ensure it gets defined.
