Ok.  Rule number one of mailing list management is that NOBODY adds an 
email to a mailing list except the owner of said email.  It's not 
polite to sign people up for lists without their specific request, and 
in could be considered spamming.

If you think I should be on a mailing list, tell me why and give me a 
good reason to go and sign up - but the choice should always be mine 
and I shouldn't have to 'opt-out'.

I'm unsubscribing from this list (and all others I've just been signed 
up for) until someone does just that.
