Nah - thats generally a bad idea unless you have a team devoted to 
getting the next release out the door (which we don't).  Otherwise we'd 
just end up working on that and not actually doing any releases ;-)

I'm actually just finishing off the man page, and someone should update 
the NEWS file.  Mauro also said he wanted to do some more testing - but 
he better hurry up ;-)  I agree that more thorough testing could be 
done (I only did basic testing) but this is a 0.x release after all ;-)
