[ds6-devel] new gettext build

Hi all,

First up - apologies for always being MIA.  *shrug* Real life gets in 
the way a lot lately.

Now, after seeing Mauro have such fun playing with the new gettext, I 
thought I might
join in and see if I could clean up some stuff and use the funky 
autopoint to make things a bit cleaner (eg. rip all the intl stuff back 
out of the repository).  Results weren't so bad, and I've created a CVS 
branch for you all to play with and break.

If it doesn't break (gasp) then we can vote on rolling this into the 
main build.  It does, however, introduce the additional dependency on 
having gettext 0.14.1 installed on your dev machine - with I don't 
think is a big ask.

Anyway, the branch is called 'autopoint_test' - check it out using "cvs 
co -r autopoint_test nc6" or some variant.  Oh - if your updating an 
existing workspace, use -d -P to clean out now empty directories...
