[ds6] new contribute section

hi to everybody.

i am writing this mail to announce that we have just published a new
section called "Contribute" to the deepspace6.net website.

i you want to help us working on the website, then you should find the
contents of the new section very interesting. the "Contribute" section
contains also a simple TODO page, listing the enhancements we are
planning to do on the website.
