[ds6] update of the ipv6 status page

i have just updated the ipv6 status page. i have:

- added entries for newbie, maradns and bird;
- updated info about mozilla (thanks to Olivier Cahagne);
- added ntp, multimedia and transition tools sections.

please, visit the new version of the page and tell me if you find errors.

i have also reorganized our links section and added a lot of new,
interesting links.


P.S.: peter, could you please update the old ipv6 status page? TIA ;-)
