So you are telling me that if...

1.) I Do have a public, valid IP address on my server, and..
2.) That they do firewall TCP/Port 80, but not other ports

That I can use IPv6 on my cable Internet connection?  What about a IPv6 
DNS server?  Comcast does not offer this.
