It doesn't matter if they firewall L4 tcp/80, what matters is if they firewall 
L3 protocols (e.g. if they require you to use TCP/UDP/ICMP over IPv4).

no problem, you will need an IPv6-over-IPv4 tunnel with a tunnel provider and 
you'll have a static public globally-routable IPv6 address (or better a 
rather large group of similar addresses).  
On that address you can do everything IPv6 allows, including DNS.
You just need to have a DNS delegation.
