[ds6] Current Status of IPv6 Support for Networking Applications update

I have just commited a major update of the Current Status of IPv6 Support
for Networking Applications page. I have:

 - updated entry of opera (thanks to Anders Widman)
 - updated entries of cyrus-imapd and apache 1.3.27 and added entries for
   bozohttpd, curl, cyrus-sasl, dtcp, dtcpclient, echoping, fping, ftpcopy,
   heimdal, krb4 and mget (thanks to Filippo Natali)
 - updated entries of wget and postfix and added an entry for netperf

As always, please report errors or new info to ds6-www at deepspace6.net.
