[ds6] site update

hi to everybody,

FYI i have just published my paper "Designing and Testing IPv6-enabled 
Networking Software" and the presentations i gave at the Linux Kongress 2003 
and Linux Lunacy 2004 on the deepspace6.net website.

i have also added Hurricane Electric to our list of tunnel brokers and catched 
up with some old news.

during this week i'm planning to update the "Obtaining the best IPv6 support 
with Linux" howto and release both a new version of the example-ipv6-package 
and the long-awaited netcat6 0.6.
