Hm, it certainly was included in the patch I sent. I wonder what went
wrong.

Anyhow, the version in CVS looks good to me. I used GETOBJS instead of
LDFLAGS, but I'm sure both will work :)

Sorry about that. Forgot it completely, as I'm not using it myself.

This file seems to be missing from the CVS repository, is that
intentional?
