[ipv6calc] Version 0.71.0 released

Hi,

I have finally released version 0.71.0 now.

Available at:

(and via CVS - note that DS6 FTP currently contains only older versions).

Major changes since 0.70.0:

* anonymizing feature:
   - add support for anonymizing IPv6 prefix flexible (mask-ipv6)
   - add new preset options for anonmiyzing (careful,paranoid)

* IP2Location support:
   - separate IP2Location information for IPv4 and IPv6 (increase output
version to 4)

* ipv6calcweb.cgi
   - if server address is skipped, do not retrieve information at all
   - use built-in list for detecting binary and database files on
various locations

* Long missing update of doc page was done now.
