[ipv6calc] ipv6calc sneak preview pre 0.94

Hi,

ipv6calc sneak preview pre 0.94 is ready for testing, final release is 
planned for next weekend.

It took while after 0.93 to implement new features.

Major new features:

- IID privacy detection
- implement filter mode (-A filter)
- reliable IPv6 address anonymization (means all IPv6 address type 
information is kept while anonymize the rest [SLA, unique values in IID]
- ipv6calcweb.cgi form mode, see here:
