[ipv6calc] New ipv6calc version 0.99.2 released

Hi,

new version 0.99.2 was released today.

This version is an enhancement release.

   In addition this should be the last

	feature-complete release before 1.0.0

(in case anyone is still missing a major feature, please send a note)


Features:

    add support for "clang"
    ipv6calc: support (<|<=|>=|>) option in address filter strings
    ipv6calc: support =(lt|le|ge|gt)= as an alternative option in
address filter strings
    ipv6calc: add option --test_lt|gt|le|ge
    ipv6calc: add option --test_prefix
    databases/lib/libipv6calc_db_wrapper_IP2Location.c: add support for
version 8

Regular

    databases: update
    several minor code fixes
