[ipv6calc] feature added: DBIP Full Database IPv4 and IPV6 Sections

Hi,

latest code @github supports now "full" db-ip.com database,
credits to Paul Streander for testing.

if one on the list is also able to confirm tests this would be great.

Also support for "isp" and "location" was added, but in absence of
samples I'm unable to verify the coding.

Missing:
- downloaded filenames for "isp" and "location"
- some sample lines
