[ipv6calc] New ipv6calc version 1.0.0 released

Hi,

new version 1.0.0 was released today (after 16 years of development...).

This version is maily a bugfix release.

Features:
    add support for detecting LISP addresses

Bugfix:
    fix endless looping while lookup in internal databases with binary
search method in case there are holes

Regular:
    databases: update
    several minor code fixes

Binaries:
    EL5: (EOSL, koji dropped support)
    EL >= 6: coming next via EPEL update repo
    Fedora Linux: coming next via update repo
