[ipv6calc-announce] Release 3.0.0 - Enhancement+Bugfixes + Drop of EOL+Legacy Support

version 3.0.0 was released, already available as preview on Fedora repositories -> Enterprise Linux will now follow.

* mod_ipv6calc: add additional debug options

Bugfixes:

* GeoIP (v1) * db-ip.com (BerkeleyDB) * IP2Location < 8.2.0

* update of internal databases
