[ipv6calc] New ipv6calc version 0.97.3 released

Hi, new version 0.97.3 was released today. This version is a bugfix on top of 0.97.2 and some improper build options and very minor code changes. In addition helper scripts were extended for simplifying regression tests for various GeoIP and IP2Location versions.
